S很早以前就跟我說墨爾本也有夜市，只開放在夏天，所以今天特地帶我到夜市看看跟台灣的夜市有什麼不一樣。

 

夜市其實就是Victoria Market的晚上版，十二月起從晚上五點半開到十點，據說因為墨爾本市長是華人的關係，特開辦夜市的活動(夜市真是華人社會的最大特色)，三年前開始有夜市時大部分為華人居多，今年我看到的，滿滿一片都是白人，攤位非常多元化，西班牙海鮮飯、印度咖哩、非洲燉肉、墨西哥Taco、美國漢堡、澳洲鱷魚袋鼠駱駝肉應有盡有，涵跨世界五大洲，當然還少不了中式熱炒，甚至連香港飲茶都有。

   難得一見的外國人坐在台灣夜市般的塑膠椅木頭桌上「開．紅．酒」

整個夜市有吃有玩還有電吉他搖滾樂現場演奏，很難找到能像墨爾本這樣中西文化大融合的夜市，沒去過的可以去逛逛看，我下星期還要去吃鱷魚肉，一天實在沒辦法把所有食物吃完阿。

Regional food producers offer on-site tastings of a delightful array of food to take home and eat later. Offerings include:
